Obituary

A. Lodema Hartzler, 71, of 4131 E. Pine Lake Rd. New Springfield, Ohio, passed away at 8:55 a.m., Saturday, July 10, 2010 at Northside Medical Center in Youngstown. Mrs. Hartzler was born January 16, 1939 in Clarence Center, New York, the daughter of Andrew and Sarah Yoder Ressler. Lodema was a member of the Chippewa Evangelical Free Church on 239 Braun Rd. Beaver Falls, PA. She enjoyed sewing, reading and doing crafts. She was a member of the Gideon Auxiliary. Mrs. Hartzler is survived by her husband, James Hartzler, whom she married May 26, 1962. She is survived by daughters Juanita (Phylip) Divine of Stow, Ohio, Cynthia (Jeff) DeRienzo of Leetonia, Ohio; a son David (Sharon) Hartzler of Poland, Ohio; five grandchildren; a sister Marjorie (Larry) Brenderberry of Goshen, IN; and a brother Howard Ressler of Wooster. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Pastor Ed Walsh officiating. Burial will be in Sherwood Gardens in Wooster, Ohio. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the Funeral Home. The family suggests that material tributes may be made to The Gideon Memorial Bible Chairman P.O. Box 73 Columbiana, Ohio 44408.
