Arthur K. Bell, 67, was pronounced D.O.A. at Salem Community Hospital following an automobile accident on Camelot Dr. on Wednesday, April 26, 2006. Arthur was born on January 13, 1939 in Salem, Ohio, the son of Kenneth E. and Mary Drozen Bell. Mr. Bell was a life-long area resident. He retired from Cold Metal Products (was formerly Jones & Laughlin) of Youngstown for 32 years as a crane operator. He was a U.S. Army Veteran. He graduated from Fairfield High School in 1957. He was a model airplane enthusiast and he enjoyed riding motorcycles in earlier years. He is survived by a sister Mary Ella Kronstad and her husband Knut of Columbiana, a nephew Richard Kronstad and his wife Kristi and grand nephews Larsen and Aiden. He was preceded in death by his brother Ralph Bell on May 23, 1996. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2006 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana. Friends may call one hour prior to the service on Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
