PITTSBURGH - Brenda Lee Beohm, 48, passed away November 11 at UPMC surrounded by her family following a short illness. Brenda was born on April 8, 1968, in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of Daniel S. and Nancy A. (Garrett) Beohm. She was employed at Alpha Care in Calcutta, where she had many friends. She also was a member of the Crown Theater special needs productions and appeared in Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Brenda will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Brenda leaves to cherish her memory her sister DeAnna Carman of Columbiana, with whom she made her home; brothers Boyd Beohm, who was Brenda's twin, and his wife Meagan and James Ion, all of Washingtonville and Steven Buffone of Pittsburgh; nieces Hope and Shelby and nephews Michael, Joe, Ryan, Matthew, Cody, and Levi. She is also survived by her Aunt Barbara Snair of Punxsutawney, PA, Aunt and Uncle Vicki and Edward Garrett of Washingtonville; Aunt Jane Buffone of Salem and Uncle Lonny Garrett of Myrtle Beach, SC. A special thank you goes to Sandy Chambers, her main caregiver and '2nd mom' who went above and beyond what is expected of a caregiver. She was preceded in death by her parents and maternal grandparents Ed and Esther Garrett. A celebration of Brenda's life will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 15 at Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home, 154 S. Elm Street, Columbiana, OH 44408. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the family to help defray final expenses.
