COLUMBIANA – Bryan Alex Hoffman, 3, of Columbiana, died late Friday evening, March 26, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, OH of injuries sustained from an accident.

He was born October 29, 2017 in Youngstown, OH, a son of Kyle and Brittney (Hileman) Hoffman.

In addition to his parents, Bryan leaves behind his big brother Kameron, paternal grandparents Ron Hoffman and Helen Minger, uncles Anthony Smith and Justin Hoffman, aunt Rebecka Hoffman and cousin Carter Hoffman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday April 3 2021 at Church of the Nazarene, 330 N Elm Street, Columbiana with Pastor Jan Winnale officiating.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Friday April 2, 2021 at Church of the Nazarene 330 N Elm Street, Columbiana, and also from 10:00 am until the time of the service on Saturday at the church.

Due to our current health crisis, covid-19, we are asking everyone in attendance to please wear a mask or face covering and to maintain all social-distancing guidelines mandated by our governor (6-foot rule and not to linger).  Thank you.
