Edward Paul Haus, 66 of 25 Indianola Rd. Boardman, passed away at 6:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2010, at the Hospice House in Poland. Edward was born on Aug. 18, 1943 the son of Paul Ralph and Betty Louise Aldridge Haus. Mr. Haus was a diesel bus mechanic for 32 years, retiring from the Boardman Bus Garage in 2002. Ed graduated from Boardman High School in 1964. He was a classic antique enthusiast and he also enjoyed Nascar and country and gospel music. Mr. Haus is survived by two daughters Vickie (Floyd) Sims of Boardman and Elva Haus Gause of Youngstown; three sons Eric P. Haus of North Lima, Matthew Haus of Struthers and Alan Haus of Youngstown; a sister Diane J. Arkwright of Salem; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A sister Patricia K. Bair preceded him in death. Services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday August 12, 2010 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in North Lima with Pastor Clay Folger officiating. Burial will be in Paradise United Church of Christ Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-8 pm Wednesday August 11, 2010, at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in North Lima.
