BOARDMAN – Edward L. Kennedy, 70, passed away peacefully on Saturday afternoon, July 29 at Greenbriar Healthcare Center in Boardman.

Edward was born on August 13, 1946, in Ohio, a son of the late Austin and Margarite (Weeden) Kennedy.  He served in the Army, Navy, National Guard and Marines.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his sister Rose Kennedy of Boardman, a brother Reverend Paul (Carol) Kennedy of Massachusetts, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Kenneth Kennedy and his nephew Michael Nakoneczny.

Per Edward's wishes, there will be no calling hours or services.

The family has entrusted Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana, Ohio with the arrangements for their loved one.
