Park Ave. Columbiana, passed away at 4:35 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at the Parkside Healthcare Center in Columbiana. Mrs. Bowman was the daughter of George W. and Mary Louise Wilderson Pine. Esther was a homemaker and also did domestic cleaning in the Columbiana area in earlier years. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Columbiana where she was a member of the Thee Class of the church. She was preceded in death on March 18, 1986, by her husband, Robert F. Bowman. They were married September 28, 1949. Survivors include two step-daughters Mrs. Richard (Ruth M.) Conway of San Jose, California and Mrs. Lee (Doris M.) Liebow of Columbiana; one step-son Roger E. Bowman of North Miami, Florida; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a step-daughter Eileen W. Martin and a step-son Melvin C. Bowman, six brothers and two sisters. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 26, 2006 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Mr. Len Derico officiating. Burial will be in Columbiana Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service Saturday, August 26, 2006 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana.
