Evelyn M. Ziegler, 90, formerly of Beeson Mill Road, Leetonia, Ohio, passed away at 12:50 p.m. on Monday, May 21, 2012 at her daughters home in Youngstown. Evelyn was born April 3, 1922, the daughter of Harry E. and Sarah (Campbell) Miller Mrs. Ziegler graduated in 1940 from Columbiana High School. She worked at Spatholt's "Ceramic Room," a ceramic studio in Leetonia for 30 years. She was a member of the Grace Church of Columbiana where she was a member of the Ladies Guild. Evelyn was also a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary of Washingtonville Post #5532. Mrs. Ziegler was preceded in death on October 21, 2007 by her husband Lowell P. Ziegler, whom she married on August 23, 1941. She is survived by one daughter, Amy S. Blakley of Austintown, Ohio, with whom she made her home; two sons, James (Janice) Ziegler of Dalton, Ohio, Jerry (Rose Mary) Ziegler of Leetonia, Ohio; six grandsons and three great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Roger Miller and two sisters, Marjorie Miller and Shirley Kane. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 25, 2012 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Rev. Rob Joy officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
