Faith Hartford of New Waterford, OH went to be with her Lord on November 10, 2008. She died at St. Elizabeth's Hospital after a short illness with her loving family by her side. Faith was born on March 26, 1934 in Washington, D.C.; the second child of Einer and Mildred Nelson. She grew up in Manassas, VA. On December 31, 1955 she married Clement Hartford. They moved to Minot, ME where they raised their four children. Faith was an amazing mother and wife who could and did do anything she set her mind to; from teaching Girl Scouts how to sew to helping her husband coach Little League to being the office manager of a large construction company in Florida. Her greatest joys in life were spending time with her family and friends and serving her Lord as a faithful and active member of the Church of Christ in North Lima, OH. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 52 years, Clement; her daughter Sharon, her husband Rick Petrie, their children Adam and Kathryn of Minot, ME; her son Tom, his wife Jessica Hartford, and his son Shawn of Minot, ME; her son Eric, his wife Wendy Hartford, their daughter Monica of Rockledge, FL; her son Matthew, his wife Jessica Hartford, their children Leah, Joel and Jadon of New Waterford, OH.
