NORTH LIMA – Frances Heim, 92, passed away in Rochester Hills, Michigan on December 25, 2020.

Mrs. Heim was born on March 5, 1928 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, a daughter of John and Mabel (Bunce) Morey. A graduate of Hartford High School class of 1946, she was employed at South Range School for 27 years. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church before relocating to Michigan to be closer to family. Frances was a member of the Piety Hill Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution for 25 years.

Frances enjoyed volunteering in her church and community, sewing and attending sporting events. She is survived by her daughter Jackie (Heim) Piceu, grandchildren Katie (Scott) Greenspan and John (Cassandra)Piceu, as well as 4 great-grandchildren, Brynn and Beaudin Piceu, Parker and Violet Greenspan, many loving nieces, and nephews from both the Heim and Morey families.

Frances was preceded in death by her husband Jack Heim, her parents, sisters Margaret McMeans, Jean Federico and Mabel Wolford and brothers William, John and Wade Morey.

On Saturday, February 27, 2021 the family will receive friends at 10 am at Seederly-Mong& Beck Funeral Home, 11500 N. Market Street, North Lima. She will be interred at Lake Park Cemetery. Lunch will follow.

Due to our current health crisis, covid-19, we are asking everyone in  attendance to please wear a mask or face covering and to maintain all social-distancing guidelines mandated by our governor (6-foot rule and not to linger).  Thank you.
