Howard (Howiie) A. Bieber-Bregar, 20, of 6647 Mission Club Blvd, Orlando, Florida, formerly of Lisbon, Ohio, passed away at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, August 18, 2007, following a motorcycle accident on Old Vineland Road, Orlando, Florida. Howiie was born on February 27, 1987 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Larry and Gerri S. Henderson Bregar. Howard was a 2005 graduate of South Range High School and the Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, where he took the Power Equipment and Mechanics class. He moved to Florida two years ago from Lisbon. Howard was a motorcycle, 4-wheeler and Mud-Bogger enthusiast. He was attending Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Orlando, where he would have graduated in October. He was employed as the head technician at the Racing Connection Motor Sport Shop in Orlando, Florida and had previously worked at Carter Lumber in Lisbon and Generator Spec in North Lima. He was a member of the Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima. Howiie is survived by his parents Gerri and Larry Bregar of Lisbon, his biological father, Howard Bieber of Hubbard, his half sister, Lexi Bieber of North Lima, his step-sister, Lindsay Lehman of North Lima, his two brothers; Brent (Bobbie Jo) Bregar of Rogers, Kirk (Cristina) Bregar of Salineville, his maternal grandparents, Deborah Hough of Lisbon, Jim Hough of Columbiana and Donald (Joan) Bregar of North Lima, his paternal grandparents Howard (Sandi) Bieber of Austintown and Sally Jo (Danny) Wolfe of New Springfield. He also leaves many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews and a special Uncle Johnny (Kathy) Hough of Boardman. Howiie was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gary Henderson Sr. and his Uncle Gary Henderson Jr. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 25, 2007 at the Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima with Pastor Ralph Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Columbiana Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday, August 24, 2007 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana and from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Material Tributes can be made to the Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima.
