Hubert "Les" Henson, 78, of 46451 Waynewood Drive, New Waterford, OH. passed away after a long illness at 12:40 pm Tuesday, August 16, 2011 at the Hospice House, Poland. Mr. Henson, the son of Emeril and Lugretta (Case) Henson, was born on October 9, 1932. Mr. Henson served in the United States Army Corp. of Engineers during the Korean War. Hubert worked for the JC Penney Company for forty years and retired in 1997. Upon his retirement he was a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. He was also a life time member of the New Waterford Eagles. Hubert is survived by his wife, Maggie (Muccino) Henson. Survivors also include one daughter, Samantha Henson of New Waterford OH, one son, Daniel (Connie) Henson of Seaman, OH, and brother, Paul (Rosemary) Henson of Leesburg, OH, sister, Rosalee Morgan of Hillsboro, OH and his grandson, Zachariah Henson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Brigette Henson and by his mother Lugretta Henson, his father, Emeril Henson and nine brothers and sisters.
