Inez I. Rupert, age 97 passed away at Whispering Pines 937 E. Park Ave., Columbiana, Ohio on Sat. March 3, 2012. She had resided there for five years. She was born on April 18,1914 in Columbiana, Ohio, the daughter of William and Minnie Meyers Trotter. Inez owned and operated Inez's Kennel and Grooming in New Waterford for many years. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of New Waterford. She graduated from Columbiana High School. Her husband, Lloyd Rupert proceeded her in death in 1956. She leaves two sons, James{Gail} Rupert and Charles{Carol} Rupert all of Columbiana; and one brother, William Trotter of South Carolina. She also leaves five grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Private services will be held on Mon. March 5,2012 at the Columbiana Cemetery Chapel.
