POLAND - Janet LaRue Clark, 82, of Salem, passed away early Thursday morning, July 14 at Hospice House in Poland. Janet was born on September 28, 1933, in Columbiana, a daughter of Raymond and Vera (Harrold) Poulton. A Columbiana High School graduate, she married Donald R. Clark on June 28, 1953, and together they would raise three children. Janet was a life-long member of Zion Hill Church of the Brethren, and was the church organist for over 50 years. Along with her husband, she was a Farm Bureau member. Janet is survived by two daughters Jane Neiheisel and her husband Peter of Leetonia; Cathy Robinson and her husband Kevin of Salem; a son Jay and his wife Mary of Salem; seven grandchildren, Jared and Tyler Robinson, Jill Griffith, Kade Neiheisel, and Rebecca, Emily, and Thomas Clark; eight great grandchildren; and a sister Carol Vogeli and her husband Bruce of Montana. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald who passed away March 11, 2007, brothers Eugene, Keith and Duane and sister Dorothy Garver. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 16 at 11am at Zion Hill Church of the Brethren, 14550 New Buffalo Rd, Columbiana, OH 44408. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 15 at Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 154 S. Elm Street, Columbiana, from 6-8 pm and also at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday at Zion Hill Church of the Brethren. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations may be made in Janet's memory to the church.
