McMurray, 76, of North Lima, Ohio, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2007, at North Side Medical Center from Congestive Heart Failure. Joanne was born March 29, 1930 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Ernest Smith and Ruth Fulkerson Smith. Joanne moved to North Lima in 1970. Mrs. McMurray was employed at Union National Bank of Youngstown, which later became Bank One, as an Executive Secretary for 21 years, she retired in 1992. Joanne was a member of the Disciples Christian Church of Boardman, was a graduate of Boardman High School in 1948 and a past member of The American Business Woman's Association. Joanne is survived by her husband, K. Robert McMurray, whom she married September 29, 1951. One daughter, Deborah Siembida of Salem, one son, Dale McMurray and wife Kathy of Grayson, Georgia, one sister Mrs. Dorothy Love of North Carolina and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister Harriet and a twin brother Austin. Services will be Friday, January 19, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the Disciple Christian Church in Boardman with Rev. Lou Raymond and Rev. Walter Coy Officiating. Burial will be in Boardman Township Cemetery. Friends may call from 1-3 & 7-9 p.m. Thursday, January 18, 2007 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in North Lima and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. The family suggested material tributes to be sent to The Disciples Christian Church of Boardman or the American Heart Association.
