Juanita Rose Parr, 52 of New Waterford, Ohio, passed away peacefully Sunday afternoon, October 17, 2010 at the Salem Community Hospital from complications following an extended illness. Juanita was born August 22, 1958 in Clarksburg, West Virginia a daughter of Earl & Loretta Barringer McNemar, Jr. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening. Juanita was a member of the Zion Hill Church of the Brethren in Columbiana. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Jack Parr, whom she married April 26, 1997. Other survivors include a brother Lloyd Junior McKinney, three sisters Barbara Pedro of East Palestine, Ruby McKinney of New Waterford and Sue McKinney of Dayton. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by an infant sister. Services will be held at 2:30 pm Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Zion Hill Church of the Brethren. Friends may call from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., Thursday, October 21, 2010 at the Zion Hill Church of the Brethren in Columbiana with Rev. John Bartholomew officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill Cemetery.
