Judith A Cline, 68, of Boardman, OH, passed away at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Boardman, following a sudden illness. Mrs. Cline, the daughter of Wayne W. and Helen I. (Bowerman) Phillips, was born on September 7, 1943. Judith retired from Giant Eagle supermarket, and in earlier years she was an avid bowler and had belonged to a bowling league at arrowhead lanes in Columbiana. Mrs. Cline is preceded in death by her husband Herbert L. Cline, whom she married August 21, 1965 and died on April 9, 1985. Survivors include son Herbert (Marie) Cline, daughter Debra Rapp, and four grandchildren.
