Columbiana, passed away early Sunday morning, August 16, 2009 at her residence, following a sudden illness. Judith was born April 20, 1940, the daughter of Albert and Jessie Mae Steffy Hartman. Mrs. Morgan graduated from Aultman School of Nursing in Canton in 1961. She served in many capacities as a registered nurse until her retirement. Judith was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Minerva. She loved knitting, reading and quilting. Mrs. Morgan is survived by her husband, Thomas J. Morgan whom she married April 21, 1978; two sons Russell Lippincott of Payton, CO and Kevin (Chris) Lippincott of Akron; three step-daughters Cindy (Jerry) Queen of Harrisburg, NC, Rhonda (Greg) Duwe of East Palestine and Carole (John) Vlaiku of Columbiana; a step-son Thomas (Jackie) Morgan, Jr. of Harrisburg, NC; two brothers Dave (Kathy) Hartman of Lisbon and Bill (Carol) Hartman of Wyomissing, PA; twelve grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Grover Lippincott. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Pastor Donald Pentz officiating. Burial will be in Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.
