NEW SPRINGFIELD – Keith Eric Genco, 61, of New Springfield, passed away unexpectedly early Sunday morning, April 27, at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

Keith was born on July 16, 1952 in Youngstown, a son of Leonard P. and Nancy (Collins) Genco. He was a graduate of Springfield Local High School.

Keith was employed by Dart Trucking as a welder/mechanic. He enjoyed riding dirt bikes and being outdoors, and was of the Methodist faith.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his wife, the former Twila Shreve, whom he married December 8, 2006; his daughter Tammy (Kevin Flora) Genco of Struthers; his son Keith (Chuck Lentz) Genco of Jamestown, PA; his stepdaughter Tiffany (Brian) Tatsch of East Liverpool; his stepson Nathaniel (Heather Thomas) Payne of New Middletown; grandchildren Justin and Leeland; and his brother Jim Genco of New Springfield.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, his maternal grandparents Peter and Olive Collins, and his paternal grandparents Peter and Rose Genco.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 30 at 7:00 p.m. at Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 11500 Market Street, with Pastor Roy Teague officiating.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 – 7 p.m. at Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 11500 Market Street, North Lima.
