Obituary

Lee C. Pullman, 73, of Columbiana, Ohio, formerly of Poland, Ohio, passed away at 3:55 p.m. at his home on Thursday, May 20, 2010. Mr. Pullman was born on August 2, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio, the son of the late Irving and Norma (Clark) Pullman. Lee was a graduate of Benedictine High School in Cleveland. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. Lee was a retired Pennsylvania, Penn Central and Conrail Dispatcher, having worked at the Diesel terminal in Collenwood and at the Youngstown Stambaugh building. Mr. Pullman attended St. Jude Catholic Church. Lee enjoyed listening to Polka music, golfing, and watching his grandson Kenny compete in Golf tournaments. Mr. Pullman is survived by his wife, Shirley M. (Andrich) Pullman whom he married on September 28, 1985; one daughter, Kathy (Ken) Keller of Boardman, Ohio; one son, Lee David (Barbara) Pullman of Cobleskill, New York; two sisters, Mary Ellen (Jim) Moore of California, Maryland, Norma (Angelo) Gasparro of Parma Heights, Ohio; three brothers, Chuck (Carlene) Pullman of North Ridgeville, Ohio, Mike (Pat) Pullman of Parma, Ohio, Patrick (Pearl) Pullman of Streetsboro, Ohio; four grandchildren, Felicia, Thomas, Leanna, Kenny and one great-grandchild, Kent. Lee was preceded in death by one son, Greg Pullman and by his first wife, Anne (Merkle) Pullman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at St. Jude Catholic Church in Columbiana. Burial will be in Lake Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Monday, May 24, 2010 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana.
