Letha E. Miller, 90, formerly of New Springfield and Columbiana, passed away Saturday, February 14, 2009 at her home in Avon, Indiana where she resided with her sister, niece and nephew. She had just recently moved there from Columbiana. Letha was born July 7, 1918 to Dallas and Eva (Seidner) Wentz. Letha was retired as a secretary from Kenmar Manufacturing in 1983 after 42 years of service. Mrs. Miller was preceded in death on February 11, 1979 by her husband, Albert Miller whom she married July 27, 1938. Survivors include a sister Pearl (Glenn) Rauch with whom she made her home and she also leaves numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters Helen Wentz and Dora Schwab and brothers Russell, Norman, Paul and Harry Wentz. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18,2009 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral in North Lima with Rev. Steve Fortenberry . Burial will be in New Springfield Cemetery. Visiting hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in North Lima. In lieu of flowers, family suggests that material tributes be made to the New Springfield Trinity United Methodist Church.
