Obituary

POLAND- Private family services were held Monday, February 9 at Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home in North Lima with Pastor Larry Klinker officiating for Louie Vega, who passed away February 6 at his home surrounded by his loving family after a very long and courageous battle with lung cancer. He fought to the very end until God saw him suffering and came and carried him home. Louie was born May 24, 1970 in Salem, a son of Bonnie Heffinger (Bryan) and his father, the late Luis Vega who passed away June 23, 2005. Louie was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Tiffany. Together they had two wonderful sons Jesse and Keaton. He also leaves behind son Dusty Zembower of New Springfield, a wonderful sister Jody Vega (Daniel Ifft) and niece Tamiece, his aunt Patsy Metts (Bob) and mother-in-law Carol Roby and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wonderful grandparents Grandma (Ma) and Grandpa (Pop Pa) Morjock. His family would like to thank the Hope Center, Mary, Shelly, Hospice, and Dr. Lori Hemrock for their care, kindness and compassion. Maybe one day we'll have a cure for this cancer that Louie was fighting (five years) the impossible. Family would also like to thank relatives and friends who showed support and help during this difficult time, and a special thank you to Pastor Larry Klinker. Louie - we will miss you but your memories will live on forever - we love you. The family suggests that if friends wish, material contributions may be made in Louie's memory at the Talmer Bank in New Middletown to help defray the cost of medical and final expenses. The Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in North Lima has been entrusted with the arrangements. Family and friends are invited to visit www.seederly-mongandbeck.com to sign the guestbook or send private condolences.
