CANFIELD – Private services were held for Marlene L. Weaver, 78, who passed away early Friday morning, January 27, 2017 at her home in Canfield.

Mrs. Weaver was born on June 26, 1938 in Salem, OH, a daughter of Ralph C. and Betty (Malone) Meade. Marlene graduated from Columbiana High School in 1956, and married Ken Weaver on August 23, 1968. They were married for 48 years. She was a member of First Christian Church in Columbiana and worked as a waitress for 18 years at Das Dutch Haus restaurant. She especially enjoyed her flower garden.

Marlene leaves to cherish her precious memory her husband Ken; three daughters, Susan Boggs and her husband Robert of Columbiana, Janice Weaver of Boardman, and Phyllis Stratton and her husband Bert of Canfield; two sons, Chuck Ramsey and his wife Susan of Columbiana and Lyle Weaver and his wife Jeri of Tipp City, OH; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; a brother Michael (Patty) Meade of Leetonia and a half-sister Kathy Snyder of Columbiana. She will also be missed by her special cat, Lovie Louise.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Todd Ramsey.

The family has entrusted Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana, Ohio with the arrangements for their loved one.
