Mary L. Waldron, of North Lima, Passed away peacefully at her home on December 8th after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born July 29, 1926 in Auburn, West Virginia, the daughter of James Porter Campbell, Sr. and Minnie Louise Douglas Campbell. Mary graduated from Pullman High School, Pullman, West Vigirgina in 1944. She was employed with the Ohio Bell Telephone Company in Salem from 1944 to 1948. She also owned and operated Waldron's Greenhouse and Nursery from 1955 to 1989 with her loving family. Mrs. Waldron was a member of the Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima. She had a deep love of God and family. Our loving mother will be remembered for her smile, quick wit and unforgettable personality. She was always available to lend a helping hand. She was hard working and always gave good advice. She loved to just sit and talk, garden, shop, cook, bake and spend time with her family. She was a wonderful loving grandmother. She looked forward to a new spring every year when the greenhouse opened and a new season would begin. Mary will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. Her husband of 58 years, Ralph K. Waldron, Sr. passed away October 28, 2006. She is survived by four loving children: Pamela (Michael) Orr, Ralph K. Waldron, Jr., Cathy (George) Wakefield and Mary DeRose; her nine grandchildren: Michelle (Nate) Sikora, Joshua Orr, Anthony, Dominic, and Nicole DeRose and Anne Gulfo, all of North Lima and William, Andrew and Zakary Wakefield of Poland; two great grandchildren: Cassandra and Isabella Sikora of North Lima; a sister: Naomi Campbell Broadwater of Harrisville, West Virginia and numerous nieces, nephews and dear family and friends. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; seven brothers, and four sisters. The Family asks that contributions be made to Good Hope Lutheran Church 12030 Market Street, North Lima, Ohio 44452 or Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market Street, Boardman, Ohio 44512. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at the Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima with Pastor Ralph Edwards officiating. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 pm Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in North Lima and one hour prior to the service Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at the Good Hope Lutheran Church in North Lima.
