S. Patton
Apr 18, 1951 — Dec 13, 2014
NORTH LIMA - Pamela Sue "Charlie" Patton, 63, passed away Saturday morning at Northside Medical Center with her loving sisters by her side. Pam was born on April 18, 1951 in Youngstown, OH, a daughter of James R. and Clara I. (Summer) Patton. She attended Emmanuel Lutheran Church of New Springfield for many years. Pam was employed at the Masco workshop on Bev Road for many years. She loved working there, as it enriched her life. Pam leaves many great relationships and good memories there. She also collected dolls, and attended country music concerts. She enjoyed being with family, and her love of travel meant she never turned down an invitation somewhere! With her two sisters, she went on many "sister trips" - to New York, the Carolinas, the Bahamas, Disney World. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She leaves to cherish her memory two sisters, Jeanne Scattergood and her husband Gary of North Lima, with whom she made her home, and Cheri Patton-Gzesh and her husband Richard Gzesh of Cleveland; two brothers John and his wife Darlene of Boardman and Dale and his wife Michelle of North Lima; six nieces Jessica, Samantha, Emilly, Lindy, Sarah, and Kayla; seven nephews Daniel, James, Kevin, Willie, Wes, Waylon, Zach; many great nieces and nephews, including her special favorite Kelton; and Clay, her favorite dog. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, James Ronald who passed away in 1975. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests material contributions may be made in Pam's memory to the workshops at MASCO, 825 Bev Road, Boardman, OH 44512. The family appreciates all the work the workshops do for people with special needs; they give them purpose. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 19 at 3 p.m. at Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 154 S. Elm Street, Columbiana, OH 44408 with Deacon Jim Smith officiating. The family will welcome guests at the VFW at 3161 East South Range Road, New Springfield, OH 44443 (330) 542-9928 following the services on Friday, from 5 - 8 p.m. The family will receive friends from 5 - 8 p.m. Thursday December 18 at Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home, 154 S.
