Robert G. Ferrall, 78, of Columbiana, Ohio, passed away at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at the Hospice House in Poland. Robert was born on July 25, 1930 in Salem, Ohio, the son of Kenneth and Ruth I. (Dillan) Ferrall. Robert was a life long area resident. He was co owner and operator of Ferrall Pattern Shop for many years. He retired in 1988. Robert was a Korean War army veteran and a purple heart and various other medals recipient. He served two terms on City Council and was a member of Grace Church. Robert is survived by his wife Norma (Gorby) Ferrall, whom he married on November 29, 1975. He is also survived by one son, Mike (Cindy) Ferrall of Austintown; one daughter, Terri (Charles) Campbell of Damascus; one brother, Wilbur Ferrall of Alliance; and his six grandchildren who were his pride and joy, Kelsey, Katie and Sean Ferrall, Adam (Stacey) Bell, Chad (Andrea) Campbell and Courtney Campbell; and five great-grandchildren, Sean Ferrall Jr., Peyton Bell, Gavin Bell, Camryn Campbell, and Cohen Campbell. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2008 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Miller officiating. The family suggests that material contributions be made to Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Road, Poland, Ohio, 44514. Bob was a wonderful person and was loved by family and friends. He will be missed by all.
