Samuel P. Tirabassi Jr., 34, of Columbiana, Ohio passed away suddenly at 6:37 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2009 at the Salem Community Hospital. Mr. Tirabassi was born on July 28, 1975 in Youngstown, Ohio, the son of Samuel Tirabassi Sr. and Michele (Morrison) Tirabassi. Samuel was a 1993 graduate of Struthers High School. He worked as a lighting technician for Litech Lighting in Columbus, Ohio. Mr. Tirabassi is survived by his wife Susan (Streets) Tirabassi whom he married October 31, 2007. He is also survived by his father and step-mother, Samuel and Cynthia Tirabassi of Columbiana, Ohio; his mother, Michele Tirabassi of Cortland, Ohio; two step-daughters, Casey Hume of Columbiana, Ohio and Amber Bertschman of Leetonia, Ohio; one sister, Charlane Tirabassi of Niles, Ohio; one brother, Steve Tirabassi of Columbiana, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Sam and Florence Tirabassi of Struthers, Ohio; and one grandson, Logan Hume. Samuel was preceded in death by one step-daughter, Deborah Streets. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2009 at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana with Pastor Terry Weyand officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at the Seederly-Mong and Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana.
