Morris, 57, of 153 South Main St., Apt. 5, Columbiana, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2006 at the Cleveland Clinic, where she had been since Wednesday, from complications of a brain tumor. Shirley was born on November 18, 1948 in Salem, Ohio, the daughter of Daniel Richard and Geraldine Greasel Esenwein. She was a life-long resident of Columbiana. She worked at Dutch Haus Restaurant for 12 years as a cook. She was a member of the Jerusalem Lutheran Church of Columbiana. She enjoyed baking, horses and also attending her children's and grandchildren's sporting events. Shirley is survived by her husband, Jay B. Morris, whom she married June 21, 1990; four daughters Jodi Taylor and her husband Phillip of Columbiana, Dawn Beiling and her husband Ryan of Saratoga Springs, New York, Ms. Stephanie Scyoc and Miss Elizabeth Morris both of Columbiana; two sisters Mrs. Roger (Bonnie) Miller of Columbiana and Mrs. Donna Sines of Toledo; a brother Richard James Esenwein of Columbiana; eight grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at the Jerusalem Lutheran Church in Columbiana with Pastor David Conrad officiating. Burial will be in Columbiana Cemetery. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Monday, February 27, 2006 at the Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the Church.
