Virginia Burt, 73, of Columbiana, passed away Friday, October 28 at her home. She was born on January 8, 1938, in Columbiana, the daughter of Charles and Edna Mae (Gibson) Beiling. Virginia worked for E.D.I and volunteered for Crestview Elementary School. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Walter, whom she married July 5, 1958; her daughter Connie M. (Gary) Bradshaw of Columbiana; a brother, Charles (Sandee) Beiling of Columbiana; her grandchildren, Melanie, Andrew, and Angela Burt, Jennifer Yoder, and James Carmean; a great-grandson, Jayden Wilson; and Zenon Lis, a close family friend, from Broadview Heights, Oh. Besides her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey, and a granddaughter, Mary Katherine Bradshaw. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 5, at the American Legion Post 131 in Leetonia with Evangelist Branden McElhaney officiating.
