Beckie A. (Zembower) Donachie

CLEVELAND – Beckie A. Donachie, 46, of Canfield, passed away Sunday morning, May 27, 2018.

Beckie was born on August 21, 1971 in Youngstown, a daughter of Marvin Zembower and Linda Barrett.  A Springfield Local high school graduate, she received her degree in business administration from Penn-Ohio Business College.  She was the administrative assistant at Redemption House in Youngstown. 

Beckie enjoyed cooking, riding horses, loved cows and collecting of ‘Mary’s Moo Moo’s’. She was involved for many years with the Springfield Township Baseball Association.  She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson Tyler.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her companion, Scott Tucker of Canfield; her mother Linda Barrett of TX and her father Marvin Zembower of New Springfield; two sons Dusty Zembower and Dalton Donachie, both of New Springfield; grandson Tyler Young; step-children Christina, Scotty and Zach; sister Brenda (Greg) Stewart of Columbiana; nephews Aaron and Evan Stewart; close friend Sheila Kohler of New Springfield and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Beckie was preceded in death by her grandparents.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 1 at 11:00 a.m. at New Springfield Church of God, 3649 E. Garfield Road, New Springfield with Pastor Jonathan Holloway officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, May 31 at New Springfield Church of God and also one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests that material tributes may be made to the funeral home to help defray final expenses.
