Mineral Ridge, Ohio - Bonny J. Moser, formerly of Columbiana, passed away peacefully Thursday May 27, 2021 in Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge nursing home following a 2 year decline in her health.
Bonny was born December 21, 1924 in East Palestine Ohio, the daughter of James C. Jennings and Sadie K. Thorn Jennings. She graduated in 1942 from East Palestine High School.
Soon after graduating, Bonny married Edgar "Bud" Moser. The couple were married December 9, 1942, while Bud was on a 72 hour pass from the Marine Corp. Unfortunately, Bonny wouldn’t get to see her husband again until 1946. The couple were married for over 60 years when Bud passed away in 2013.
Bonny was active in the First United Methodist Church in Columbiana for a number of years. When she was young she was a member of the Eastern Star. She was an avid reader and enjoyed many adventures with her husband, but being a stay at home mom was her greatest glory.
Bonny leaves her son Thomas (Laure) of Billings, Montana and two granddaughters, Sarah and Elizabeth.
Besides her parents and her husband Bud, Bonny is preceded in death by a son, James Moser.
