COLUMBIANA – Carolyn A. Holsinger, 77, passed away unexpectedly at her home on March 1, 2026.
She was born May 1, 1948, in East Liverpool, the daughter of John R. and Ruth E. (Lamp) Miller. She graduated from Beaver Local High School in 1966, and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Columbiana. In addition to being a homemaker, she was employed by Family Drug in Columbiana.
Carolyn enjoyed reading, quilting, and doing jigsaw puzzles. She loved flowers, and tending to her flower beds. She had daffodils and irises that had been in her family for years. Above all, she adored her grandsons and great-granddaughter.
She is survived by her son, Michael (Carrie) Holsinger; grandsons Alex (Kelsey) and Nicholas Holsinger; great-granddaughter Elouise Fae, with another one on the way; her sister Bonnie (David) Raynes; brother Harold (Robin) Miller; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at noon at the Church of the Nazarene in Columbiana, 330 N. Elm Street, officiated by Pastor Jan Winnale.
Friends will be received from 10:00 am to noon, prior to the service.
