BOARDMAN – Megan K. Clay, 20, of Columbiana, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, March 31, 2018 at Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Boardman.
Megan was born on March 4, 1998, in Youngstown, a daughter of Jay and Christy (Owen) Clay. A 2016 Crestview High School graduate, she worked at Star Extruded in the packing department. She loved spending time with her family and taking care of animals, especially her dogs and chickens. She collected Converse tennis shoes and was looking forward to camping this summer with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Megan leaves to cherish her memory her parents of Columbiana; three brothers Justin and his wife Sarah of Struthers, Jason and Kyle of Columbiana; sister Rachel of Columbiana; two nieces Alora and Bella of Struthers; paternal grandmother Linda Clay; and her ‘baby’ dog Toby.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, her paternal grandfather, her brother Matthew and her nephew Michael.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 6 at noon at Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home, 154 S. Elm Street, Columbiana.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 to noon at the funeral home.
