Milton "Mickey" Powers Sr.

Columbiana – Milton “Mickey” Powers, Sr., 83, of Columbiana passed away Saturday afternoon, March 10, 2018 at his home.

Mickey was born on July 24, 1934, in Columbiana, a son of Matthew and Gertrude (Faulk) Powers.  He married the former Ruth Hayes on March 10, 1956, and together they celebrated 62 years of marriage.  Mr. Powers was a U.S. Navy veteran who fought in the Korean Conflict.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory his wife Ruth; his daughter Mindy; his three sons Michael, Joe, and Mark; and four grandchildren.

Mickey was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Matthew and a son Mitchell.

Per Mickey’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or services. 

The family has entrusted Seederly-Mong & Beck Funeral Home in Columbiana, Ohio with the arrangements for their loved one.
