POLAND – Patricia S. Koch, 64, of New Middletown, passed away early Sunday morning, May 27, 2018 at Hospice House in Poland surrounded by her family.
Patricia was born on June 16, 1953 in Youngstown, a daughter of Philip Eugene Wallace and Beverly Paine Mohn. She married Philip Koch on August 26, 1972, and together they would raise four children.
Patricia enjoyed being a homemaker. She always had a houseful of kids, and loved to babysit for family and friends alike. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Philip; her mother Beverly Mohn; one daughter Jennifer (Ajith) Mathew of Poland; three sons Philip Jr. (Niki) of New Springfield, Kevin (Lindsay) and Mark (Sarah), both of New Middletown; ten grandchildren Damon, Hailey, Alaina, Gavin, Ella, Layla, Nathan, Ryan, Genevieve, and Henry; two brothers Philip ‘Bud’ Wallace and Matthew Mohn; and four sisters Liz Schupra, Barb Horton, Margaret McCoy, and Mary Bader.
Patricia was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 30 at 11:00 a.m. at New Springfield Church of God, 3649 E. Garfield Road, New Springfield with Pastor Jonathan Holloway officiating.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29 at New Springfield Church of God and also one hour prior to the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that material tributes may be made to the family who will make a donation to Christian Healthcare Ministries in Patricia’s memory.
