I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Rita. I was a friend from the Chalmers Ave. days. I grew up with her brother Marty.

I am saddened by the loss of my cousin as well as dear friend, Rita Ann. I will miss you and your "can do" attitude and willingness to help anyone who needed it.
You will also be missed and remembered for your many amusing and well placed comments and remarks. Never at a loss for words, you had the "gift of gab"! I will remember many long conversations, and lately reminiscings, that we had through the years. In addition, you were that person that every family needs - a "connector" that kept in touch with many people in our far-flung family.
However, nothing could make you "light up" faster, is than when you were talking about your own family - Michele, Bobby and Walter. You treasured them.
You will be greatly missed. You have left a large hole in our hearts.

We were so sad to hear of Rita Anne's passing. We will all miss her smiling face and spunky personality. She always brightened the room when she walked in., and many times, had us in stitches with her comments. ... So very sorry for your loss.

Thank you both. Mom did have the best stories and she was telling them up to the very end.
